James N. Clymer is the managing partner of Clymer Musser & Conrad P.C. Mr. Clymer practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, organizational business planning and estate planning. He has worked with numerous organizations committed to the protection of religious liberty to include, the American Center for Law and Justice, the National Legal Foundation, the Rutherford Institute, the Home School Legal Defense Association, and the American Family Association Law Center. Mr. Clymer serves as National Chairman for the Constitution Party and has run for Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania in 1994 and 1998. He serves on numerous boards, including, Mom's House of Lancaster, PA, American Family Association of Pennsylvania and the Conservative National Committee. He has also served as advisor to various crisis pregnancy centers. Mr. Clymer completed his undergraduate work at Millersville University and was graduated cum laude in 1972. He was also graduated cum laude from Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas, in 1978. Mr. Clymer is married to Lois D. Clymer and has five children. When not practicing law, Mr. Clymer, as an instrument rated pilot, enjoys flying and aviation activities.

Robert F. Musser, a shareholder in Clymer Musser & Conrad P.C. practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and administration, and title insurance underwriting and claims. He is past chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Lancaster Bar Association, past president of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, and was awarded the designation of Certified Land Title Professional from that organization in 1995. He served for a time as legal counsel to Wycliffe Bible Translators, Inc. and the Summer Institute of Linguistics, and has served on the boards of several non profit organizations including America's Keswick, Bethany Christian Services, and Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Services. Mr. Musser graduated cum laude from Dickinson College in 1974 and from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1977, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review. He is married to Barbara D. Musser and has three children. He enjoys everything.

Jeff Conrad is an experienced, dynamic, and disciplined trial attorney serving the clients of Clymer Musser & Conrad P.C. in their fast-paced, criminal law litigation unit. Jeff built his reputation as a skillful trial attorney by bringing competence and passion to the courtroom. Over the course of the last decade, Jeff has litigated every kind of criminal case from DUI to homicide before juries here in the Commonwealth and in the United States Federal Courts. First serving as a prosecuting attorney, Jeff learned the skills necessary to investigate and prepare winning cases at trial. Having served as a United States Marine Corps Officer, Jeff has the heart of a warrior and knows what it means to swear to defend liberty. Now, Jeff uses those skills to protect the innocent and defend personal freedoms and individual liberties. His passion for justice, his desire to zealously defend and his concern for the hearts of our clients make Jeff a winning advocate in the courtroom. Jeff is uniquely qualified to handle every criminal legal matter including all summary, misdemeanor, and felony defenses. Kathleen was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994 following her graduation from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In her undergraduate career, Kathleen studied at the University of Scranton where she earned a double major in political science and history. Prior to joining Clymer Musser & Conrad P.C. Kathleen practiced in all areas of civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Kathleen is a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania and now makes her home here in Lancaster County with her husband and three children.

As a trial lawyer for our firm's personal injury and civil litigation department, Josh Autry helps victims obtain substantial settlements for their injuries. Josh has successfully filed lawsuits on behalf of persons injured by police brutality, medical malpractice and drunk driving. Josh also handles significant commercial litigation for businesses, assisting local businesses in recovering their losses from breach of contract and fraud.
Josh has consistently defeated motions to dismiss clients' lawsuits at summary judgement. David W. Mersky joined the Clymer Musser & Conrad P.C.firm in January, 2008. Since 1993, David has counseled individual and business clients, banks, mortgage lenders and credit card companies concerning financial matters. Today his practice is focused upon consumer/creditor relations, debt negotiation, credit, mortgage and real estate counseling and personal and business bankruptcy. In addition, David is a licensed real estate consultant, accredited by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. A Lancaster County native, David is active in the local community, serving through his church and charitable organizations including the Water Street Rescue Mission and as a director for The Lord's Pasture.
